Step-by-Step Return Process

1. Initiate Your Return

2. Receive Return Authorization

Carefully repackage the item(s) in their original packaging with all protective materials. Include all accessories, manuals, and tags. For large items like sectionals or shelving units, please ensure all components are securely packed.

4. Ship Your Return

Refund Details

Once we receive and inspect your return:

Exchange Process

Non-Returnable Items
